If you are traveling by bus, the nearest stop is Liberton Hospital Bus Stop, just a 4-minute walk away.
You can take Bus 31 from various points along Princes Street to reach this stop.
Alternatively, you can take Buses 7, 37, 47, or 47B to St. Katherine’s Brae Bus Stop, which is an 8-minute walk from the property.
If arriving by taxi, it will bring you directly to the location, which is in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood.
The property is gated, and at the right-hand side of the entrance door, you will find two key safes—one positioned at the top and the other below it.
The top key safe contains the door key, and the key safe code will be sent to you 5 hours before your arrival time.

  • Locate the gated entrance of the property.
  • Find the two key safes on the right-hand side of the entrance door.
  • Use the top key safe to retrieve the door key.
  • Enter the key safe code (sent 5 hours before arrival) to unlock it.
  • Take out the key, unlock the door, and gain access to the property.

Check-out Instructions

When checking out of 115 Gracemount Drive, EH16 6RQ, please ensure you follow the steps below for a smooth departure.
Check-out time is 10 AM. Kindly make sure everything is in order before leaving.

  • Ensure all personal belongings are taken with you.

  • Secure all windows and doors before leaving.

  • Return the key to the top key safe located on the right-hand side of the entrance door.

  • Lock the key safe properly by entering the code, placing the key inside, and securing it.

  • Turn off all lights and appliances, including the heating, to conserve energy.

  • Dispose of any rubbish in the appropriate bins before leaving.

  • Check that the property is left in a tidy condition.
